Not only is this chicken doner so quick and easy to make, it packed with flavour and will trump a kebab shop chicken doner any day! Serve this classically with a warm pitta, zesty salad and drizzles of The Kebab Club chilli sauce to add a delicious warmth. If you have a spike or a rotisserie you could layer the chicken thighs on and cook it that way but if not, this will still give you great results.

- 1kg Chicken Thighs, skin on, deboned
- 7tsp The Kebab Club Chicken Shish Marinade

Cooking instructions
- Massage the Kebab Club Chicken Marinade into the chicken thighs.
- Either preheat your oven to 180c or fire up the BBQ, your BBQ is ready when the fire has died down and the coals turn white.
- For oven cooking: Place the chicken thighs skin down onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cook for 25 mins, then turn the chicken thighs and increase the heat to 220c and cook for another 10-15mins until crispy.
- For BBQ: Place the thighs on, skin side down so it gets nice and crispy.
- Once the thighs are cooked, transfer them to a board and chop up.
- Place onto the pitta or flatbread so all the juices run through, top with The Kebab Club Turkish Chilli Sauce and serve with a salad! Enjoy!
